“Relationships and Resilience – Organizing for High Reliability”


Professor Vogus’ research identifies the mechanisms through which organizations create and sustain a culture of safety as well as how they enact highly reliable (i.e., nearly error-free) performance through mindful organizing – a set of behaviors through which collectives detect and correct errors and unexpected events. He was named one of the 50 most influential business professors and one of the Top 40 Business School Professors under 40.
